Custom Built Web based CRM for an IT company in the UK
Brief: A UK based IT services company required a highly customized CRM solution for their IT (Hardware & Software) business, which could also be integrated into Sage software. On comparing several off-the-shelf helpdesk applications available, they felt that none of them had the flexibility to achieve what they had in mind.
Solution: Web Sight developed an intuitive web based CRM application, which allowed the client to manage their sales & support. Through a searchable knowledgebase, customers would be able to find solutions to their questions themselves, failing which support requests can be raised.
The application also includes workshop item (inventory) management, which allows admin to list all components in a PC/Server build and check warranty status. It features an option for returns management, where all hardware and software returns are logged and linked to customers. Other options include stock order request management, workflow calendars, sales quotes and a detailed reports section.
