Fixed Time/Fixed Price
With our 'Fixed Time/Fixed Price' model, we offer customers a cost effective and low-risk option and can be applied when the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, and the total cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the start of the project. In this case, we select the most suitable development team, technologies and management resources.
Time and Materials
This model is suitable for companies who need quick access to resources where requirements are not clearly defined. It is usually applied to large projects whose specifications are hanging during the development process. In this business model, Web Sight forms team with required personnel, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements, and distinctively offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads.
Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team. Web Sight could also bid for partial phases of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis so as to meet customers' requirements in a flexible way.
